Introduction Of Wet Sand Making Process
The process is specifically designed for the material less than 40mm(material will be primarily and secondarily crushed by jaw crusher, cone crusher, vertical shaft impact crusher, etc to the size less than 40mm). Aggregates of 0-40mm will be conveyed by the feeder and belt conveyor to the VSI sand making machine for crushing. The crushed materials will be conveyed to two layers of screens for screening, and materials larger than 5mm will be screened. Conveyed back to the vertical shaft impact crusher for crushing to achieve a closed loop. According to the discharge requirements, materials smaller than 3.5mm will be transported to the sand washer and stacked as the final product.
Differences Between Dry And Wet Sand Making Process:
The sand production line is equipped with a sand washing machine, and the method of washing the powder is called wet sand making, which is more suitable for rainy and water-rich areas in the south.
The method of separating powder by using a powder separator is called dry sand making, which is more suitable for places where water is scarce and where environmental protection requirements are not high.
